Helen Jimenez is a Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents. She is a National Board-Certified Counselor, Texas Board Certified Supervisor, EMDR Certified Therapist, EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT), and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist.

Helen completed her bachelor's degree, graduating Cum Laude, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from University of Houston. After completing her bachelor's degree, she received a master's degree with a concentration in counseling from University of Houston-Victoria. Helen is currently enrolled in a Ph.D., Psychology program at Liberty University.

In her private practice, Helen includes a series of treatment models and uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing [EMDR] therapy for specific conditions. Through the course of her career, Helen has primarily specialized in working with trauma and with individuals struggling with anxiety, addiction, and depression.
