Individual Session [covers a child, teen, or adult] - Individual counseling is a process in which the therapist and the client work collaboratively to improve the client’s quality of life. During counseling individuals work through emotional barriers and work towards self-growth which can increase compassion, self-esteem, love, courage, and peace.
